Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Pour milk into the hotcake powder and mix moderately.
STEP 2/6
Apply cooking oil or olive oil to paper cups.
STEP 3/6
Pour only 1/3 of the dough in a paper cup, spread the bacon and add an egg.
STEP 4/6
Add a pinch of salt to the egg and poke the yolk (previously to prevent the egg from bursting when cooked in the microwave).
STEP 5/6
Cover the plastic wrap loosely and microwave it for about 4 minutes.
STEP 6/6
The time varies depending on the amount or microwave.
If you press the sides of the paper cup and it's too mushy, it's not cooked.
The time depends on the specifications of the microwave or the amount of ingredients, so please try one first. Also, it's different with and without plastic wrap. You don't have to wrap it up, you have to wrap it up for 2 minutes, you have to wrap it up for 3 minutes, and a big cup for 3 minutes...The backs are all different, so cover it with a wrap and spin one for about 4 minutes. (It's delicious even if you add corncone in it. Please refer to the video.)
